No work life balance Everything is false only low educated people can work there around 14hrs. Educated and young mind can’t work because there is no standard toxic work environment toxic management If you can do unlimited over time and can passed through then you can join and work untill retirement

Internal politics ruins career of professional employee...it is like one who know how to make damage to the company can grow better.

...nd benefits are very good, team work and company always taken care of employees. Company paid COVID bonus in 2 years around Rs 30k and always paid salary on 30th/31st even during COVID.
