No work life balance, 6 days working, mindset of management is those who sits late are sincere n hardworking, unnecessary monitoring. No appreciation of good work, no flexibility, 2 Saturday off but that also u get if ur boss allows, salary increment are poor

Educated and young mind can’t work because there is no standard toxic work environment toxic management If you can do unlimited over time and can passed through then you can join and work untill retirement
