One of the third class organisation. I have been worked with blue dart as a customer service executive. At my tenure I haven't seen any HR because everything control by manager. Even if the person left the company no HR come and ask you why you leaving the organisation. Manager (Seema) was one of the third class person you are been working under. There is no growth, no benefit. If you are one who can follow chatu culture than prefer you to join the organisation.

Salary on time where as i am on third party payroll. Some of my colleagues are fabulous.

No medical facilities No growth No salary increment No bonus Call 150 each day back to back Almost irate and abusive customer.

Mostly time to time salary sending security perpuse good saying that is also every one management his not seeing who his working hard and who is doing well working

its specific not that its mainly leaves less and working . staff maintains mins staff timings his not proper

Job security until i didn't make any mistake. Supportive management. Company didn't deduct a single penny during lockdown periods and give salary hike too.

Technology and software which bluedart use is not up to the market. And the forticlient, i don't know why we need a supporting application to access our system.

Teammates are supportive & management is not transparent.Company policies sre good but appraisails are not fair and salary hike is good but no bonous.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues on time.
