I have joined Blue dart in 4th December 2012. This company have excellent criteria for customer service and reliability honesty and quality of the service and product deliveries for our customers. Another things are I feel proud with working as a team blue darter.. Actually blue dart commonly known as part of DHL. It is global based company international service anywhere of the globe. Our job is more secured in this group as a blue darter. There have a good team spirit and helps us for bright future and in this company we are worked with ever safely . Company give us training every time for help us how to improve our work and excellent training for customers serving or product safety for which our customers expect to us or company. Another things is our salary, give our salary on time every month or every year increments for all location. In short all things are helpful for our mind set for secure jobs and growth of our carrier and at last I feel proud working with Bde. Thanxx

Sorry dears, as a blue darter I think there have no any dislikes in this company.. Company management is excellent for us. (issues create only our Local internal management there have favouritism issues only by supervisors ) (some local issues created some Time but there have many solutions as local management.. This type of issue creat in every company this is not a issue of dislike or blame for any organisation ) Companies rules and regulations is favourable for workers or us or customers. Have no any dislikes with blue dart. Again telling I think blue dart management is excellent for every staff. Companies rules and regulations is favourable for workers or us or customers.

One of the third class organisation. I have been worked with blue dart as a customer service executive. At my tenure I haven't seen any HR because everything control by manager. Even if the person left the company no HR come and ask you why you leaving the organisation. Manager (Seema) was one of the third class person you are been working under. There is no growth, no benefit. If you are one who can follow chatu culture than prefer you to join the organisation.

The best thing about this company is that a person gets his salary on time, also there is job security and the company carries an ethical approach

Apart from on time salary and job security everything is wrong about this organisation, the work environment is pathetic, every one is sitting there just to get bashing and abuses on a daily basis, a person in operations has to do more than 12 hours a work on a daily basis, there is no work life balance, career growth is very slow due to a big set of hierarchy, company is averse to innovation and there are many more things to explain but i want to sum up here

...ooling in the name of manager were Your work will be similar to delivery boy. Salary and Increment is hardly 2 to 3 percent and based on favoritism. Company is under huge debt so they will cut or stop ur salary by just making excuses. I highly recommend not ot part of such environment were even women does not feel safe.

Salary on time where as i am on third party payroll. Some of my colleagues are fabulous.
