Poor job security. Good work culture. Worst management. Good company policy but management can't do that to use.

Management doing favouritism by cast and religion in the staff. Management can't devlopment their staff skill. Company are provided benifits but management can not be delivered in staff. Money stolen management.

Blue dart is only company that gave life for many of the contract technicians eventhough in corona period whereas other companies took their own employees out from work and pulls people like us back to aviation still many contract technicians like are there waiting for a work in aviation means it's because of Blue dart. I love my company and its nature of work and they never compromise until it's 100% Airworthy.

The strict rules and regulations but it should be there for our and other safety

I am working with Bluedart aviation ltd since June 2015 in the capacity of a Senior Technical Staff,Aviation industry always perform as average, that's the big reason of our slow growth.Everything is very good in my company apart from a little bit politics and company policy are seems like a government means if anything need to update in HR it may take a long time in procedure.

Everything is good , because everywhere a little bit things can be noticed if you look in your view.
