I will not recommend to any experienced person to join their as there is not salary and benefits for employee. Employer is not taking care of their employees. No appraisal and promotion. They only need work and nothing. They will never appreciate your work and working speed. You will always get demotivated by your manager # jalaj

...g. The processes are transparent and helps in maintaining the work life balance. Never ever I have to ask about salary or other perks..as everything is taken care of by the management and the founders of the company. A great working experience indeed!

HR behaves like they care for employees.

Managers and Company Doesn't care your personal life. It Doesn't appreciate your how much years of your life you given to company,they just throw you out. No appraisal or increment and promotion untill you fight for it. No monetary claim for overtime.
