really didn't like the discrimination and redundant monopoly of QA dept over others really didn't like the management over there the HR and their rules change anytime , and work like they are govt workers ( kaam nhi karenge to be chalega , yaa fir peeche lag lag k Kaam karwana padta h ) but if u r working in production the u r not lucky coz all the appriciation are to HR and QA and lastly to QC , no any piece of credit or appreciation is given to Production guys , and dont get me started about Plant-4 , bechare logo ki kharab halat h , worst and specially their manager is not that strong enough to stand for their dept people i wasn't even given any appointment letter even after working for 3 yrs there and was said instead , '' kya karoge appointment letter le k , hame khud ko nhi mila h abhitak " , and this dialogue was from an HR so this was just about production dept , and asper my experience there , every other dept is wining the same

Its good to work here as a fresher you can get more knowledge about technical field

The work culture is not suitable for someone who cannot work in shifts and the management is weak its good to improve management skills and learn how to manage

As I was part of CO-10 / CT plant I learnt lot of things e.g Unit operations , process modifications , technical parameters/ modifications in existing process. Plus point is our Plant Head/Production manager was very supportive..

I rated the company 3* only because of H.R department .... because at the time of joining they never clear pay scale 😡/ cost Break up....you will not get any documents from H.R department .i.e. joining letter /relieving letter / salary slip ( look like a fake ) I e. You can make at your home also......so if you wish to join the organization please take care of these things ...

Work culture is average, Directors are supportive. Job security is not there unless you stay strong to handle pressure and prove your self that you are more compatible.

Dislikes

Directors are supporting but seniors around them are manipulated so be alert always. You will get less opportunities to grow because of these people.

This is good company and gives increment every year but problem is that most of the people working as a contract even though they are working from several years.
