...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Due to my some personal problem I was left but our Boss is very best in whole world I naver forgot his guidelines

I can say only some time some employee can not wrong also duty of company to know finally what is wrong what is Right

Its just Workplace is good with a comfort zone.

Worked for almost 2 years, noticed for myself and even the team mates who are working probably there for 10 yrs :-No career growth opportunity, no work life balance, too much of politics and abusing nature of CEO, and most of the employees are just 10th pass.

BLR India Pvt Ltd is the best company in my work experience , there was satisfied policy for each n every staff . Overall it was great experience with them.

No dislike , except my branch staff ... Head office staff was soo much polite and supportive.

The company gave me an opportunity to work with new ideas and creativity.I feel safe and secure with the organisation.My colleagues was always corporative with me . Through the organisation ,I knew my capabilities . Thanks for giving me such opportunity to grow up .
