I have enjoyed my time at blossom, but I have main concern salary, I feel my compensation is below market average, I had appreciate discussing this issue and potential solutions.

Working under a dedicated team with good qualifications and years of experience in their domain. Happy to learn from them and improve my skills ( both soft and hard skills). The working environment is realy good.

Dislikes

The only concern is the shift timings from 9 to 6. 9 to 5.30 could have been more comfortable and convenient.

There is a lot of potential to add value and people who are self driven and communicative can contribute substantially in his /her role. Blossom is a growing company and career growth and skill development will happen for sure. Management promotes creativity and innovation
