Blossom is an ISO 9001:2008 certified innerwear company. We commenced our operations in 1982. BLOSSOM a well-known brand in South India for the last 38 years owned by COTTON ASIA TEXTILE INDUSTRIES since 1998. COTTON ASIA TEXTILE INDUSTRIES, a partnership firm constituted in 1998 and manufacturing and marketing ladies and kids' innerwear till 2014-15. The promoters of COTTON ASIA TEXTILES INDUSTRIES floated a company “BLOSSOM INNERS PRIVATE LIMITED” in 2015 and commenced operation in the said company with effect from 1st February 2015 by manufacturing ladies innerwear and marketing all over south India. Blossom - one of the famed flagship brands of Blossom Inners- is a specialty lingerie segment catering to the innate needs of the modern, sophisticated woman of all ages who desire to look and feel her best at all times. 

The promoters decided to incorporate a Private Limited Company in the year 2012 and registered a company under the Companies Act 1956 as “BLOSSOM INNERS PRIVATE LIMITED” on 1st May 2012 for accelerating growth of the BLOSSOM in a professionalized way. In the year 2014-15 all manufacturing and commercial operations were shifted step by step to the new company from old partnership firm. The partners of the Firm itself became the subscribers to Memorandum & Association of the Company and the First Directors of the Company since incorporation.

BLOSSOM Inners Pvt Ltd, having its Registered Office at Mudavoor, Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam District, Kerala and Marketing Office at Vennala, Ernakulam, is manufacturing brassieres at its own THREE manufacturing units located in Muvattupuzha, Angamaly, Ernakulam, Neriamangalam, Bangalore and Tirupur. Moreover BLOSSOM added other products, to its products range, such as hosiery (ladies and kids) innerwear, lounge wear & home wear by outsourcing manufacturing activity at Delhi, Mumbai, Tirupur, Bangalore etc.
