Job Title: Product Manager

Job Summary:

Blossom is looking for an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to take full ownership of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying product gaps, sourcing reliable suppliers, managing product life cycles, and driving market success. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of product strategies and enhance overall brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Development

• Oversee the entire product range, aligning it with the companys vision and customer needs.
  
• Identify gaps in the current product offerings and propose innovative, high-demand products.
  
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to anticipate industry trends.
  
• Lead in-house product development initiatives to introduce new and competitive products.
  

2. Sourcing & Production Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and production partners for finished goods.
  
• Ensure cost-effective sourcing while maintaining high-quality standards.
  
• Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure timely development and product launches.
  

3. Product Life Cycle & Sales Analysis

• Monitor and manage product performance throughout its life cycle, ensuring continuous improvements.
  
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions on modifications or phase-outs.
  
• Optimize the product portfolio to meet evolving customer preferences and market demands.
  

4. Marketing & Sales Coordination

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective product positioning and promotional strategies.
  
• Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, retail, and in-store activations.
  
• Partner with the sales team to boost product visibility and drive sales growth.
  
• Coordinate the creation of marketing collaterals, packaging, and promotional materials.
  
• Develop strong go-to-market strategies to support successful product launches.
  

5. Competitor & Market Intelligence

• Continuously monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  
• Provide insights and strategic recommendations to strengthen market positioning.
  
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a strong product-market fit.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fashion, innerwear, or retail industry.
Proven experience in sourcing and collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers.
Strong understanding of product development processes, materials, and supply chain management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and sales data.
Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns and sales strategies is an added advantage.
