Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Some times the work load is heavy. They should give instructions before giving work but after doing work if they don't like they will ask to do it again and again

All i can say is, the work place is nearby home, so chose to work.

Dislikes

management wont respect local people, they only care and respect about people from outside and also they dont follow any IB rules, they just work for money, they are very commercial

It is highly challenging environment. Freshers can learn a lot. A principal is dynamic with innovative ideas and supportive. Salary is good and they pay it on time.School infrastructure is good. Teachers are very friendly.

Work load is more. You should always be on your toes.some times they cut the salary without any reason.Meetings are plenty.Some times you need to stay after school hours

Some classrooms are good. Children are amazing!

Dislikes

They do not know how to treat employees even foreigners. They act like a mafia when a teacher doesn't want to continue with them. They threaten the teachers and make them feel terrorized. They cheated me badly about my benefits. They Tried to take almost USD 3,000 when I told them I did not want to extend my visa. They just make your life hell. They treated me very badly! the worst experience I have ever had in India!
