Some times the work load is heavy. They should give instructions before giving work but after doing work if they don't like they will ask to do it again and again

The work culture is toxic, characterized by disorganized management, unstructured policies, and a gossip-driven environment. The frequent hire-and-fire approach fosters job insecurity, while the exit process is deliberately made difficult for teachers. The official school hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, yet unnecessary meetings frequently extend beyond this time, adding to the workload. Additionally, late-hour events often stretch until 11:00–11:30 PM, further disrupting work-life balance.

Gossip culture, no appreciation, the management people are parents puppies.They never support localites teachers even though they are knowledgeable. The HOS will support her community people only and uplift them even though they are not eligible for teaching. They claim to have an international mindedness , but they fail to appreciate our Indian skin and culture.A lot of caste discrimination among the learning and parent community. Overall very toxic

All i can say is, the work place is nearby home, so chose to work.

management wont respect local people, they only care and respect about people from outside and also they dont follow any IB rules, they just work for money, they are very commercial

It is highly challenging environment. Freshers can learn a lot. A principal is dynamic with innovative ideas and supportive. Salary is good and they pay it on time.School infrastructure is good. Teachers are very friendly.

Dislikes

Work load is more. You should always be on your toes.some times they cut the salary without any reason.Meetings are plenty.Some times you need to stay after school hours
