...oined this company 19 Oct. These people are taking 12+ Hours Work from employee. He is not giving my salary of 1.5 months. He told me you have not generate the revenue so we are not able to give you salary. If any employee not generating the revenue then why you are taking the work from employee. Very bad work culture and also upper level employee.

he is not giving the salary. I asked my Assistant manager for a salary they told me that talk to senior manager. I talk to him but I didn't get any satisfactory answer. He is ignoring my salary. He removed me from official whats app group after 2 days After the given PIP. Already he knows that my revenue is not coming but he didn't take any action that time. Senior employee (manager) make their salary through the agent and give pip to the agent in the name of salary. In this company HR is not available for give the any answer.

Nothing. This company is in market to make parents as well as teachers fool. There is no teaching, no syllabus, no communication between parents and company.

Dislikes

They hire teachers frequently as no teachers can work here persistently. They never give salary on time. After few months of joining they start delaying in salary by saying we don't have enough fund for salary. Ms Kajol, Mr Ahmad Madni, and CEO Mr Shahrukh Usmani they even don't listen their employees. We r tired of asking about status of salary but no reply yet.

Management and owner needs to grow up and stop kidding yourself that you can run this fraud for a longer period of time. When you don’t even provide basic wages to your employees.

Evey month they hire new people and when he didn't gave slry to them. He blocked them and never give slry to them. He and his frd miss atrooba madam running the company. He is such a fraud man
