Because its a very evolving product and company, there are some competing interests for each teams. It is necessary to be seen as some one selling the thing right ... rather than what is right technically. OFten you lose.

The work life balance and management support from onsite are extremely very nice. Workflow which I was handling was a key essential role in the Organization and this is what making me more enthusiastic about.

Nice to work in a condition of day and night shift, well in US & indian accounting.it is flexible

No proper training & ERP database, No reporting in work, As it only extracted by higher management. No exposure in growth factors of an employee, he remains the same.
