I like to work at blitz Jobs as the team leaders are very supportive and gives us enthusiasm at every step helps us to enhance my communication skills. And also the Co- interns are very supportive. There is very Good environment and culture for everyone.

Dislikes

One thing that I don't like in blitz Jobs is that they give us only one task for 10-15 days, they don't give regular tasks to interns. And also there are more than 100 interns in one group by which it get chaos in a group.

Likes

Working with them a learnt various valueable skills related to leadership and negotiation skills. Good culture and most importantly you will find work life balance.

There is no such cons about this company.

The company is sort of intern run. All the team members and leads are interns. There is no opportunity to learn anything new nor develop new skills. If we had any experienced leads guiding te interns it would have provided a great learning opportunity.

It is a good company to intern with well I did an unpaid 3 month of internship where after completion they will offer certificate of appreciation, LOR and so on and so forth based on your quality of work provided in this duration

Dislikes

It is good as during internship workload is not that much one can give 1-2 hrs a day to complete the work given to them

Had to do WFH internship since it was lockdown 1) Founder & people here were good but only according to the WhatsApp interaction. 2) Systematic way of doing things. 3) delegation of authority

Dislikes

1) not much learning. its better you learn marketing research softwares required in big corporates like D&B, worldcheck, Factiva & quicklaw 2) Don't Waste your SIP in this company. believe me you deserve better. apply at different internships website. 3) Rather learn any free course like excel 4) don't just start internship just for the sake of internship especially WFH
