I worked for 1.5 years as Team leader in Blinkit. I would like to say that there is exact time for duty hours.

...ortunately my senior said to me that no need come to office with out any reason. They work on manpower cost cutting.

No any job security like that team call to you that your meeting please come to fc and when you reached at fc then saying that your job no more will continue you can go to your home.

Totally lala company it's like that honeytrap these people hire to a good package and after some days or after joined 1 to 2 week immediately terminate without any reason.

The best part working in Grofers is that they offer you a very good compensation and the salary is credited on the last day of every month. Because of their recent funding, they offer you good packages while joining but not sure what will happen when the funding stops. That is the only positive point working in Grofers.

Dislikes

One of the most unstable and most unstructured company I have been employed into. There is a dominancy of the tenured employees and politics involved. For the new comers, its a ragging period for them by the tenured employees and make their work done by them. The work environment is very toxic and your work life balance will go for a toss if you work here. The leaders and management seriously lacks technical knowledge and are adamant to embrace new technologies. They just want to stick with their old obsolete technologies. This is the last company you should approach if you do not want to disrupt your personal life physically and mentally. They do not follow the labour laws, they even make you work on the national holidays like Independence day or Republic days.

Nothing and will suggest not to join. Very unstable company, They don't have work ethics and policies. Company is filled with non deserving and rude people who loves buttering. most of the departments are dominated by veterans. Will suggest to join only if you don't have any job in hand or had bad situation in your current company.
