Only the reason I am still working in blinkit as delivery Partner since 2020 till now is its store is nearest to my home so for me its easy to come and go and saves my time.

There are many reasons for disliking this company and I know there is nobody who will pay attention on what and how much problems are with delevery partner like us. But still I will keep saying : Firstly the payout is very less as compared to our difficulties and efforts in delivering orders the old payout of 40 rupees per order was pretty good Second thing there is no customer who says to deliver his order in 10 minutes except one or two customers but still they make us to deliver the order in 10 minutes by making fake delivery after going out from store they say just mark the order deliver and then go to customers door step. Sometimes we have to drive the bike fast enough to complete 10 minutes delivery as they force to do which happened in accident and injuries. Thirdly the rate card is worst they say just complete the target of 27 or 35 order than you will get incentive which is next to impossible because more candidates they are hiring and orders are getting decrease day by day so yo were not be able to achieve any target. When ever you complain for any reason or difficulty they just say go and find another job besides listening or solving our problem. Forcefully they treat us or say go and find another job. All what we earn mainly spend on bike because bike needs maintenance caused by harsh driving then no such amount is remained for the rider. Very poor condition and earning as compared to blinkit before it was Grofers. If blinkit could not increase the amount than it should change there ways by giving 10 or 12 orders together for deliver so the rider could earn little amount.

Salary I was not satisfied with it they should improve it and cl and pl should be provided to employees

Forgot about your personal life, Managers invades your personal life. Lesser experience or fresher may get more salary then the experience one.

Work life balance is worst sometimes there are many calls on Sunday as well... If u want work life balance don't join at all
