Good hierarchy with great Management, Secured job with additional incentives, company treats its employees as a family. Company policies are good.

I'm getting less salary when compared with my contemporaries with almost same experience. so I want to change the for notable growth in my salary and designation as well.

Forgot about your personal life, Managers invades your personal life. Lesser experience or fresher may get more salary then the experience one.
