I thought medical policy should be applicable to cover all family members medical treatment cost. Need to focus on training section as most of the employees are not aware of regular working process. Every supervisor employee should be graduate at least.

First thing if we are talking about teammates we are working with world-class teammates they are supporting at every time if you are considering training the training of blg is not much greater they provide sometimes training if you are talking about job security job security is not so good you can terminate at anytime without any reason valid reason if you are talking about salary salary is average learning at blg Logistics is very good as it is having very very good customer like Bajaj fiat etc we can't say about work by work life balance because we are facing so many challenges at any moment of time we have to take our own decisions and solve the problem as soon as possible.

the manager level positions are not good at all the time sometimes they treat employees good but most of the time we have to face problems and or individual problem can be solved by team mate not by managers.

3PL it self not a good thing you have to be obey your manager and do what they want like slave personal life is unbalanced some people are great but your luck
