Salary on time. Other then everything negative

Don't fall under positive review on LinkedIn; those are paid reviews that this organization is giving 1000₹ for the video. Don't trust your HR manager or recruiter. 90% of them are providing false information while joining the organization. They will tell you we will give or we have hybrid work or work remotely, but once you sign the joining letter, they directly say you either came to the office regularly or left the organization. One thing I want to highlight is that you should read the joining letter properly because there are many hidden clauses mentioned, but HR never told you or just denied that on call. HR policies are changing monthly.

They don't have bench policy... So if you're project is over, you will be thrown out. They fire 10 employees every week. Noone can say anything that's on thier mind else their name will be put in the weekly firing list. Policies are written but not followed, they can fire you without notice period even if it is in your contract. Any reason is fine to mark you down if the management or thier chelas don't like you. Appraisal policies are not written down, every week some new implementation comes from leadership and management/employees are told to follow irrespective of the reason being logical or not.

...nior becoming your senior. They all listen to you but then you will be targeted. NO BONUS, I mean 5% increament? Are u serious? And the FAVOURITISM, OMG its in the DNA here everybody who is important is a known of other important person. There no criteria of hard work only CONTACTS work here. People who really wants a change are replaced East India co. as we call it. They don't give bonus/ increment to employees but replace them with someone new with a hike. People just leave this organisation in 6 to 1 year max. And if they stay more than that they'll surely leave after the increment. Advice to Management: Stop hiring referral of leads, managers or colleagues from previous organisation.

... opinion and suggestions doesn't matter. No security of job. Unplanned lay offs. You get paid for working in two or multiple roles in one roles salary. No open forum to have complaints or resolutions. No refrral system works out even if you send 50 referrals.

There's nothing impressive about this company. The fact some reviews highlight timely salary payments as a positive is overrated. A punctual paycheck is just a basic expectation and doesn't compensate for the company's overall shortcoming

...e dismissed the next week, no job security even if you are a dedicated employee. - Salary increases and/or promotion seem to reward sycophancy rather than actual performance. If you excel at flattery, you might secure a better raise, job security, work from home, regardless of your actual work contributions. - Despite investing in new offices spaces, the current office is poorly equipped, with cramped canteen where employees must wait for a spot at long tables with uncomfortable stools I joined this company to make a career switch, only to find myself starting from scratch with no meaningful experience as a Data Scientist. This is my experience; it's up to you whether you take it into account
