The best thing about this company is the job security, they will not fire you even if you do nothing productive .

The company is not looking for good talent to grow and they just provide not even the basic required facilities, no canteen, no proper washroom, no hand wash, This company will show you their sister company Rotopack at the time of recruitment after that you have to adjust everywhere. 12-hour working schedule, no sunday leave ,no morning meet . They are just thinking how to increase production .
