Blackstraw offers a pleasant environment to work. They will make us to understand our responsibilities and treat us well. Also, they are providing the permanent work at home option which is quite useful for those who has any issues with sick people in their family. Overall, am blessed to work with Blackstraw.

This place is f__ed up. Too much internal politics, hierarchy, bureaucracy, non-transparency, mis-communication, gossips. This place is hell if you can't be submissive, create a better solution than your leads, question anything. Too many useless people in teams, only a few really work. If you are those few, find a better place. Would not recommend at all.
