Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Since the management is clueless about what is going on in the internal team, hence one have the privilege of working closely with the teams of different department and learn new things

Dislikes

Clueless management, always want to peep into everybody works but still remain clueless. Company is run by a father and son who themselves are mostly have conflicting suggestions and next steps. The son mostly talk and act like a kid quarreling with his father for toys. If you can manipulate the management then you are the best employee, since the management is always looking for answers to satisfy themselves other than knowing the ground reality.
