Employee performance matters a lot and based on the performance review and ratings, one gets promotion or appraisal on year ends. Little bit of bureaucratic structure within the organization. Knowledge wise, growth is limited for an individual as each process is distributed to different teams. Job security is not guaranteed as senior management won't think twice before laying off from work. Even the best folks are fired if they failed to meet performance expectations.

Amazing culture within the firm, seniors and higher management are very supportive and approachable. Work life balance is good. Company provides lots of employee benefits- insurance, cab facility, enough leaves etc.

Pay sometimes is not upto the market standards.

Opportunities and company culture, you just have to know how and when to grab the opportunity. Teams are structured and senior management is intelligent as well as understanding, imbibing the same culture to the rest of the team.

From a broader perspective, people here are just amazing to talk with. Almost everyone around you here is easy going and always humble. Company provides you with a bunch of benefits which indirectly saves you alot. It’s a good organisation to join from learning perspective. You’ll get to learn alot about the global markets and economy but it all depends on how much efforts do you take to understand the impact and importance of your work and efforts!

Dislikes

Company should reconsider the salary structure for analyst or junior levels since the overall packages are bit lagging. Also the real compensation seems low when compared to the efforts made in the organisation. Also, you need to work atleast 3 years on the same role to be eligible for next title.
