Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Multiple tasks to accomplish in a dynamic situation. Just one to mention is permanent work from home due to the lack of office infrastructure.

There is no clear communication on the objective to be achieved by an employee and a lack of transparency in business goals. All the decisions are taken by a two-level hierarchy claiming oneself to be a perfectionist without any prior knowledge of the process.
