Nothing as such, but amazing things is higher management can deduct your salary as if there own decision, no HR interaction required or given as such information. Where GPS devices lost by technician by any reason, even they confirm to deduct from them, Still higher so called Inventory Team will deduct from a state manager, your salary also be deducted including the technician & Team Leader both. Every month salary will be deducted so called in name of reconciliation, but if after deduction if those device reaches HO or you get those by any chance, you will not get the arrears amount of those amount which has been deducted from you. This was the most interesting point which we have learnt from Blackbuck. Team salary needs to be deducted, but when the time of arrears amount comes they can't provide. & Required jobs 92% overall productivity in terms of salary given to technician 7k per months. Which management thinks is High paid technician.

There is no Hr for the name sale only ... No hike.. No promotions High level politics Iam working here since 5 years Week hr team depends on high level managers

No value for the ground level staff but company survive on them in starting Blackbuck was very straight but now not management depends on high level managers, but they are not working on ground....hr not taken decisions as per hr only policy they're also depended on high level management

I am in Very Bad situation and company hold my salary and give reason of PIP Sales point . According to them they said you don't get salary if you didn't complete your target.So i prefer do not join the company because there is no job security or Salary

Nothing to Learn in this company, Don't Have proper Hr policy All Hr policy depends on ZM. No personal life time... in a day have to work atleast 18hrs for this company promotion and appraisal depends on asm zm
