Work culture is so pathetic, seniors behaviour is very crucial and pathetic,my senior Mr Dinesh Modi,who is Hitler type of man .He dohave any manner and a ruthless person,who don't deserve any respect

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is s bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

To be honest, HR & reporting Managers used to play with field employees. After resigning from this job, while serving notice period they pointed that I have done some malfunction & fraud. It hurts a lot after serving for 2 years & giving everything for the company, management criticize you before leaving also even HR's which was never expected at all. Since they didn't got any proof as I haven't done any thing wrong they got no answer but still their ego was backfiring them. They tried to do so while FNF settlement too however fortunately I received my fnf after some delayed time. Got very bad experience from manager's & management. Not professional at all....

Flexible timings for wor life balance.. But need to be ready to work at anytime..

ASM pressure for target.. They're not ready to appreciate Always scolding and threatening like Your Salary will be hold, you need to meet PIP. The worst case is these things will happen by second month itself.
