Nothing to like rather than salary. Because salary is on time but it's a Target based salary or based on points that you achieved in the month cycle. Otherwise no fixed salary

There is no practical training provided. They provide training on zoom or Google meet. Just After 4 days of joining you go through sales pressure. The company only talk about only sales. They did not see your efforts whether you are putting efforts or not. They only talk about points and give number number on daily base..

While working here, you will not feel that you are working in a company. The more you work, the more salary you will get. If you want your full salary at the end of the month, then you will have to complete many types of door breakers, otherwise you will get your salary with deduction. Here you will not get even 1% support in the name of HR, you will have to beg the manager for everything from your salary to your work

Flexible timings for wor life balance.. But need to be ready to work at anytime..

ASM pressure for target.. They're not ready to appreciate Always scolding and threatening like Your Salary will be hold, you need to meet PIP. The worst case is these things will happen by second month itself.

Only like about this company is the salary on time. Companies many member and employee are good helpful if you are working this company you can grow but some area manager and some TSL are not supportive. Like wb1 TSL and area manager are not supportive.

I am working in this company last 2 months. First month my area manager said me please quit the job because you cannot make any sales point. I don't know how to reach customer and they are not giving me proper training about products and what is the work. And it's very normal if someone not giving me proper training I cannot sell any product but they are still pressuring me. And second month they are giving me PIP mail and said if I not clear my pip they are terminate me. At 2 month new guy in this company came and they are not giving you proper training proper guide and expect the new Qamar selling very fast. If you want join this company company is not bad but some people in company is very very demotivate you and you can't job here. Some tsl's like I don't care about you if you work good if you not work also good. Tsl think I got my salary in time.

Most valuable thing about blackbuck is always you will get your salary on time and company staff behavior always be cool and supportive. You will not get any type of discrimination here. So over all it's a very hood industry as I experienced here and also currently working here
