While working here, you will not feel that you are working in a company. The more you work, the more salary you will get. If you want your full salary at the end of the month, then you will have to complete many types of door breakers, otherwise you will get your salary with deduction.
Here you will not get even 1% support in the name of HR, you will have to beg the manager for everything from your salary to your work
- Work culture is good (except for sales & Tech Support Employees).
- Office space is good.

- I don't understand the logic behind not giving WFH.
- Complete work from office for accounts and finance department, they will not give WFH, the manager will reject your request and ask you to take leave instead.

No value for the ground level staff but company survive on them in starting Blackbuck was very straight but now not management depends on high level managers, but they are not working on ground....hr not taken decisions as per hr only policy they're also depended on high level management
Zero work-life balance, Politics, Top management favoring the favourites, No learning and skill development training, Very weak HR policies, Sales team do the hiring and talent acquisition instead of HR.
