I joined BBI as a data analyst trainee & i have learned a lot from the BBI university courses & the mentors. The company has good learning & development policy & support employee to upgrade the skill & get certification. The work culture also good & their team events & free lunches

The only thing is the low salary & lack of transparency in the appraisal process , I hope the management will address these issue soon

1. My health seriously got affected by too much pressure in some projects, which is really bad. They want us to get heart attack or what? 2. Very bad work life balance. 3. Loud managers. 4. Long working hours 5. Mental and physical health deteriorates.

I have been working as a software engineer for BBI for the past three years & I have mixed feelings about the company , On one hand, the company has good work life balance & flexible with work

On the other hand th company poor salary hike & a biased project allocation, The chennai office is also closed & i have to WFH . wish the company would improve these aspects & value the employees more

Never seen a work culture like this where you have continuously like a mad person from morning 10 to night 12, extremely bad work life balance, moody managers (sometimes good, sometimes not so good), work in different area than your expertise, you will end up in hospital if you work in this company, not worth spoiling your health, some extreme deep background check which really is not needed, some background check is okay but not like how they do.

Likes

The training programs, especially the cloud certification programs and the soft skills sessions. Also, the fact that I got to work on some of the new age technologies at such a nascent stage in my career was also a big draw.

Dislikes

The compensation wasn't great, the leaves were less initially.
