Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologise for any dissatisfaction you’ve experienced. We continuously evaluate our compensation structure to ensure it remains competitive. Regarding the 2-year service agreement, the details were informed during the interview phase itself & salary details are clearly mentioned in the offer letter. The entire point of the 2-service agreement is so that freshers who've agreed to this, will remain with the organization for 2 years. After all, the organization invests a lot with respect to trainings, certification reimbursements as well as bonuses. We are transparent with our policies & regulations and we believe in open communication.
