There is s lot of politics and the managemnet doesn't address our issues salary is not better growth is very slow 2.5 years before which you cannot resign.

...achieve so you don't get anything.. Diwali bounce is 700 relly WOW you get 700.. there is no salary increase in years.. assistant store manager get 16500 only.. Fashion consentient get 12000...

...y's no body wants to commitment for any situation.. every one think about self.. salary increase only 500 of only selected fashion consultant.. we don't get uniform from last year..the brand logo is only for company.. there is a many changes of SOP in last six months.. BUT not for staff.. you don't get any extra money if you working 10 hours to 11.. you don't get any extra leave.. if you want to leave you have to work on your weekly off..

The compensation is too low as compared to what competition is offering. Growth opportunities are limited and favourism works a lot here .

Mr Nikhil mohan the owner of the company (MOHAN CLOTHING COMPANY)Very nice person.now apart from that management is weird.i have been there almost 6yrs as executive and after 4yrs i got to peomoted as asst store manager in south city mall but my duty was to handle the store because there was no such store manager. Now after doing this i had acheived company target but After spend 6yrs management ask us means those who r not graduate leave the company.guys u know what i have been calld as suite specialist..so we all left the company in the yr of 2013 feb

All r under franchaise..not getting paid our salary on time.and the best part is that during diwali company provide us some cetain amount to staff n all along with sweets (amount)but our franchiser suck all those and provide us half of the amount .
