The compensation is too low as compared to what competition is offering. Growth opportunities are limited and favourism works a lot here .

Mr Nikhil mohan the owner of the company (MOHAN CLOTHING COMPANY)Very nice person.now apart from that management is weird.i have been there almost 6yrs as executive and after 4yrs i got to peomoted as asst store manager in south city mall but my duty was to handle the store because there was no such store manager. Now after doing this i had acheived company target but After spend 6yrs management ask us means those who r not graduate leave the company.guys u know what i have been calld as suite specialist..so we all left the company in the yr of 2013 feb

All r under franchaise..not getting paid our salary on time.and the best part is that during diwali company provide us some cetain amount to staff n all along with sweets (amount)but our franchiser suck all those and provide us half of the amount .

There is nothing much to like but one thing I got that is support from my boss.

Dislikes

No offer letter provided, didn't pay my last month remuneration and leave money. Didn't provide the training of company sop and what are things I need to maintain in store. Training and development part was not up to the mark.

I really like to work blackberry.good work environnent and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent

There is s lot of politics and the managemnet doesn't address our issues salary is not better growth is very slow 2.5 years before which you cannot resign.
