...hour of work should be logged in Excel sheet with description and exact timings. They'll cut salary for no reason. Too much micromanagement.

If you find the right people, there are good people who could be great mentors, I had a couple of them.

...eadership Nothing new to learn 0% hikes Mandatory work from office on all days. Don’t be fooled if they tell otherwise The salary is divided as transportation and shift allowance and hence if you take a leave you loose money.

Only benefit is that you will get your salary on time.

Structurally, the company looks organized, but internally, there is a lot to improve. There is no promotion scheme for employees. Poor salary hike management: there is no proper time for the annual hike. No transport was provided by the company. There are no perks or benefits provided by the company, apart from your fixed salary.

Nothing good here you will see macro management everywhere

Dislikes

Macro management, bonus not paid on time. Management doesn't bother about employee feedback. Even though feed backs are provided for betterment of employee satisfaction they don't give a damn.
