That time only salary delayed due to some financial crisis but that time I was struggling and I am a family feeder. Otherwise BLK is perfect company in the Market.

Accommodation Super Friendly Staff , Fixed Timing Salary on time in a probation period. After end of probation it varies. Helpful Staff like HR,Admin,Incharge except Cashier/Accountant. Smooth process for F&F.

A single Rupee approval from HO.even your Site incharge (GM,SGM,VP) approved the same . No time limit To get approvals of work order creation,Work Order Amendment etc from higher authority in the software used for billing process.They approve on their own will/Choice. There Should be fixed Limit to approve WO.etc like 2 days ...3 days etc
