MD sir is too good , if you face any difficulty he alway with you , but HR and Super are too bad

My last month Salary and expansion not given by the company, HR team & Supper are behave like a hitlar, No job Security is here , I worked one month extra to clear my all distributor due and final payment done , but company not clear my salary & expansion , without any notice company fire me & 500 + employees

1- free transport facilities 2- good infrastructure 3- canteen facilities are good. except these 3 points nothing is positive.

Dislikes

there are some drawbacks of b.l.agro oils bareilly :- 1- no security of jobs. 2- fake promises, at the time of interview they said , we will give a bonus to trainee in every three months, i worked here 6-8 months , only one bonus i got. 3- dirty politics 4- no support from seniors. 5- no clear policy. 6- HR and admin department always try to make fool. 7- no experience certificate. 8-not a safe place for women ( specially in production department )

1.There is no Job Security. 2.No carrer Growth in Sales 3.Company Policy is not same for every employee. 4.H.R does not want to give appointment letter easily for Sales team.

... who are nill and also to those person who have bundle of excellent knowledge. Easily meets with Md of Company, flexible working time,Employees are satisfied with Salary, opportunity to work with Top Management. Full right to give your view and praposal about company benefit

No dislike at present time. Top Management didn't give a chance to occur any problem.

Overall company is very bad for sales person. Here is not job security.

Dislikes

Company culture is very bad. Here is no any policy for good sales person to grow himself., anytime Company remove you from system without any notification. The company has fired more than 1000 sales team twice without any notice.
