Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Salery increment and promotions not acceptable in this company, Sometimes they hire new/fresher employees with height salery but they don't increase salery of experience employees who working in this organisation for longtime,

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are very good.
