Poor Management Salary is very low and no valid performance evaluation Lotsa politics No healthy work culture Full blame game if anything wrong They pretend to be sweet but never helpful or ontime support Hardly any study communication It's one gujju fish market Hopeless is all you feel when working there Many won't last more than 3 years, if they sticking longer it's a miracle and politics

No discipline, moral and ethics value. HR is actually a puppet of project manager and have nothing to do on its own. They all make fool of you and when you try to leave the company they not provide you the easy exit They all are the bunch of bullshits and nothing else. All of them are just a piece a piece of 💩💩💩 Never ever think to join them.

It's a fraud place. For starters, they hire freshers and put them in live projects without any training or even technical upskilling. They expect senior developers to run the freshers team like training institute. All recommendation candidates are hired without any technical know-how or even professionalism. Even payslip is faulty. They cut PF and not deposit to EPF. When tell this to HR they have no clue and do time pass and in end ask to resign and not even settle. They don't give form 16 on time. We need to beg them for everything. Its like a senseless drama house, they give big titles only to squeeze all KT and ask to resign when ask for hike. Truly sad place to work and horrible folks who's still working there. Can call it a crook place without regret.

This isn't a place for someone who's very passionate about career. They've adapted to hire and fire policy. No prior intimation will be given before they lay you off. Hight of unprofessionalism.CEO himself is very unprofessional and rude. Full and final settlement will not be done and relieving wont be done smoothly. I joined this startup with an intension of learning. There's no value for hardwork and skills. There's absolutely no employee benefit, a basic facility of provident fund is also not there. refurbished scrap laptops will be provided. Management is bad at business ethics and communication. Have patience and aim big. Not all start-ups are same.im not generalising here but want to let the job seekers know that, this isn't the one that everyone just imagines the start-up.
