My team members are good and helpful to each other in completing the task. but the project manager's working policies were not in favor of his team. He believes in divide and rule policy. Due to his this policy, the environment of company was not favorable for any of the employees to work efficiently.

... company Mr Amit Goyal ignores the activities in spite of knowing everything. Also no facilities were provided to his employees like PF deduction, proper increment of his employees no salary bar according to qualifications.

This company is the worst. There are no proper rules and regulations, and they never stick to their commitment. Employee are constantly misled and lied to. They terminate employees without any reason. The work environment is highly unprofessional and management lacks transperency. There is no respect for employees efforts and decisions are often made without considering their well being. It's toxic workplace that undervalues it's staff...

i have strong dislike about HR Arpita and the working and giving work of Director to the Employees. He is the most Confusing Person i have ever met . The Policy of this Company is very Bad. Instant Hiring and firing is there in BizSol. No benefits to the employees at all. Company rules always change. No friendly environment.
