The HR and team head were very supportive; they always gave me support, and they were always ready to help me and solve my doubts easily with the meeting, even though I was working at home.

Nothing else; it is a good company for freshmen, as they do not knock you out anytime, as the MNC is doing right now. I think freshmen can definitely start their work with these companies.

From my experience , I haven't observed any significant cons in the company. The environment is suuportive, and the management genuinely cares about employee well-being, making it a great place to work.
