...ponsibility and poor decision making. No idea what’s going on at ground level. Overall company has an NPA of 30% in the market due to which they have stopped paying incentives and salary was also delayed by 1 day a couple of times

The employees at the lower levels are extremely efficient and helpful.

Horrible place to work at. There is no basic respect for an employee. They try to not pay an employee his dues. Employees are constantly lied to keep up morale, basic changes in functioning are not done to keep up morale, just false promises. HR policies are just on the surface, they are blatantly disregarded in practice. Promotions and appraisal are not based on merit. Managers hire their relatives/friends/ex-employees and these are fast tracked for promotions and appraisals. Upper management resort to scams to fill their own pockets while damaging the company's PnL. The biggest issue is the inexperience of the founders, who are fed manipulated and false data by the VPs. The founders are happy with these false numbers, they openly disregard concerns expressed by lower level employees.

...r criteria set for evaluation and change in criteria overnight. No job security. If you want to join, please request for a higher salary to hedge your job security. No proper direction in the leadership. Mostly a sinking ship

You shall get to explore a lot as latest technology is used, and salary is also competitive, but sadly that will be the only pro point.

False promises right from the start, HR are trained here to give you false hopes

The company at its early stage was good for learning. But now there is no direction in some tech teams. Also, there is a strict in and out as well as attendance policy which can even result to termination

Dislikes

Hybrid policy which is very strict considering it is a startup. Very limited outings for team bonding(1-2 in a year and that too inside the city) No direction for the tech teams. All the credit of building a feature goes to non tech teams.
