The remote nature, thats it! Please avoid joining!!!

...go to doctor for minor illnesses. One day's rest can prevent a long term injury. The pay is so low that the cost of medical certificate vs. Losing out a day's pay is same. HR is small minded and need to stop acting like 90s HR. My senior was randomly fired along with some other members. The down sizing was done in a verry bad way! HR at the time of hirring commited to a payement then 2 days later called and reduced the offr, I took the job because I needed money. Diwali bonus is literally 1000 rupees, thats it. No sweets, no gifts, 1000 rupees - chanda hai kya? HR Himani is particularly high headed. Recruitment HR Vidya cannot be trusted with the offers. Internal coordination in recruitment team regarding what offers to make is poor. HR will have monthly calls with you and ask unnecessary personal questions and put it on record under the garb of concern but will eventually use it against you. Horrible Leave policy. HR is the worst and claim they are a people and culture team but honestly they are NOTpeople and uncultured team

The video post production management prioritize productivity over employee well-being, showing little compassion for personal circumstances such as illness or family emergencies. Employees are expected to meet strict productivity and quality standards, with little recognition for consistent performance. Jatin Kalkar's leadership is criticized for fostering an unhealthy work culture, leading to a high turnover rate among editors. Overall, the management under his direction promotes overworking and lacks consideration for employees welfare. Avoid joining under his management.

The salary used to arrive within the time they promised when we joined.

Dislikes

... work ethics, but they don’t follow them, you will not receive any overtime pay. After a year, there will be no salary hike or promotion and if you question why they are giving so much work without fair compensation, they will terminate you without prior notice. Bizbox is a ruthless company. The American will exploit you, drain your energy and offers only peanuts in return.

... save money They found loophole register 1 us based co ceo & 2 indian partner pay scale is too much low that PF is not applicable Sept to Dec is their black out period they hire you in march-april & and fire you in next feb there are no Democracy in management there is 2 division in management 1 in US & 1 in india Indians follow US orders your job is based on target ie 1350 images regular no matter you do or not do they are going to fire you HR team called as People & culture they dont have any concern if you raise a issue don't know how they certified as great place to work (they are actually worst place to work)

Nothing, everything is depressing here. The assistant manager, supervisor, so called HR everyone of them are trying to act as if they are very smart which they are not actually, some of them cannot even talk properly in English. The manager's have serious Identity crisis here. HR team is like talking to a wall. Nobody knows shit here specially the manager's and supervisor but behave as if they are some kind of experts.

... of higher management , not even allowed to make single decision. Work overtime. No bonus, no gratuity. Such a disgrace. Specially to the supervisor and managers managers stop acting smart because you are not, you people are bunch of low IQ people .
