Don't have good Projects and some of the employees are on the bench for 1-2 straight months. Tech Leads didn't give KTs properly. Company give incentives on the basis of their personal opinion of the employees, not on the basis of work. Don't Give much WFHs only 4 per month which you can't take consecutively. Company Culture is bad as you can understand from the above points. Zero Learning opportunities. Congested WorkPlace. Don't have any play areas and Canteen. Wasting Employees Time.

The Management is very ethical , helpful in all the ways . Lots of scope for learning and very good hikes every year along with surprise bonus . The is no commerciality in the management and are very caring . Will recommend the company for everyone .

Salary is paid every month without delay

The work culture and environment are unfavourable as there are several issues that hinder growth and job satisfaction. Employees do not have many opportunities to learn and improve, and permanent remote work options are very limited to only special employees and no hybrid model. A limited number of WFH is given per month to employees and is deducted if any medical leave or unplanned leave taken. Lack of Effective management and unhelpful project leads. Appraisals are uncertain and appear to be based on employee image rather than the quality of their work, leading to discrimination. Moreover, employees receive only 20 leaves per year, including medical leave. Finally, there is no work satisfaction as employees are placed in different technical areas than their preference or expertise.

The Colleagues are super supportive, And the work culture is pretty much chill

There is nothing I dislike, But back in the covid time some engineers were fired without prior intimation just on the name of cost optimization.

It is a good platform to start your professional career. One can develop an all round knowledge by working in this company. I have been working here for more than a year and learnt a lot of things. The atmosphere is very supportive and encouraging. No stress and one can work freely.
