This is travelling job they have visit you in college and you give traning, make software installation. so its easy job and no stress.

Dislikes

Employees are not valued at all here. Now, even if a visit requires traveling 10 km, or collecting a cheque means covering an additional 25 km, there’s no consideration. There's no job security either. For hardware installation, we end up doing laborious work, and on top of that, we have to endure verbal abuse from clients. The work seems to be only our responsibility, while the company doesn’t care about its employees at all.

Since 10 yrs I am working in the company started with presales dept where we use generate leads & give to our sales mangers for closing. It's quite interesting. But before I could join company there was bit hesitation. But later on I got interest in it & continued it. Now I am promoted to higher position. This all become possible because of company's positive environment. Good work culture.

There is nothing to like about this company. They have worst policies ever. They torture their employees like you are thier servant. You dont have work life balance. Seniors are very much interested in your personal life and if you go against them they used it as like weapon against you. If you need job then growth and career wise don't choose this company instead of this its better to be unemployed. So be careful of their trap and save yourself.

There is lot of thing's to talk about... 1.this company only gives you hopes but nothing more 2.worst working culture ever 3.there are too slow even HR will forget your name even they too slow at their work 4.dont even think about to join this company you will defiantly regret 5 for new jonnie red alert... i suggest don't even think to join here just a waste of time.
