Company's culture is full of nuisance politics, also very unethical towards customers and employees. Doesn't have any clear company policy. It claims to be a MNC but the culture is like a road side vendor.

Working culture is bad No supportive seniors, if u r in stores then u are totally controlled by service dept head. Sales Manager is just a clone standing in front of you Dirty Politics to detain if u are better then senior. No growth in company MD, Service Manager, Sales Manager, Compliance have a very high attitude, that they knows everything and rest all are Chu####

If you have a good boss you are good to work here. but sadly all good bosses left or were forced to leave. Kiran sakhare & Kiran Suranje were few intellectual and professional people.

1. Firstly. HR has officially mailed the entire team to put a positive review on AmbitionBox and Glassdoor. A lot of people have put positive reviews just because of the mail. As you can understand from it. This company is micromanaging every petty thing. 2. There is a huge churn of employees due to job security. 3. Lots of centralization of power to a few people who actually do not understand much about the business of supply chain. 4. Lake of confidence on the sales team and continuous pressurization on customer management than customer acquisition. 5. A lot of people are not joining even after having offers sent due to the negative image of management. 6. People are supposed to work late to complete their task even when there are no hiring done for open positions. 7. MD once said that We don't have 90 days notice period because even if we have 90 days notice people will talk negatively about the company to the entire team and create a negative environment rather than giving a handover. He did not understand the fact that employee does give handover and puts positive reviews if treated well. 8. About retention - MD thinks that the company should not retain any good employees as they will leave the company once again with a good opportunity comes. 9. MD Harvinder Bhatia has no talking sense. A lot of my colleagues have left or were fired due to him. 10. According to Harvinder Bhatia if you are working till 12 midnight or maybe you work till the next day morning and again come back to work. You are an award-winning employee. 11. Department with the most employees leaving/fired are given best performing award. 12. People who have argued or fought for a cause with MD are all ex-employee or unemployed. 13. Finance Team has 95% churn within a span of 2-2.5 years. 14. Top management and their friends have personal interests and collaboration in multiple ways making sales very difficult. 15. Cost controller asks question on why sale is down with a very demeaning tone.

Nothing except that it is a German company . But i guess the Germans have No control on Management. There is nothing to like about the company except for the reputation that the BITZER German has made so you recognize your self with a brand - Nothing more than that

Politics ! The MD ,Sales Head and Compliance officer now is the Finance Controller of the company. Who lack qualification for the post. MD is the ring master of this circus who is also the puppet of Compliance officer /finance controller staff also think this company is run by her. People also believe that she does black magic. Politics is like the Oxygen in their lungs. The inhale exhale Politics . Most suffocating place to work. You will be killed if you don't join the gang of goons . They can terminate any one any time with out reason if they dont like you are out of the company with in hours. There is no culture in this company immature people with ego and jealously even with junior team members . The German company should do something for the few remaining people in the company . Its not human to play with peoples careers who have family to feed . One of the staff also tried to suicide due to this harassments as he was terminated with out reason .
