The treatment Corporate office.

Dislikes

The treatment for the college is different from Corporate office. Also on facilities are meant to utilize not to waste the money. Also management are ready to buy people outside with no quality or think they are capable of because of the post they are holding and works here like a shit. Many capable and qualified inhouse staffs are rejected by telling that non matching the profile... Many employees left because of that and they don't even realize that is issue. Not so inhouse career growth.
