Staying in Ahmadabad, Bitscape is undoubtedly one of the best companies to work with. With career growth, financial satisfaction and encouraging work environment, This company has been an epitome and example of outstanding work-life balance for IT aspirants. They created for me, an healthy, prosperous and functional biosphere like I have never witnessed before. Well, the first and foremost enjoyable thing about working in the company is the positive working environment within the company. A positive work environment makes me feel good about coming to work and this provides the motivation to sustain throughout the day. Primarily, having open discussions get people involved and allow them to share their views and perspectives on how to achieve company goals. At the end of it all, trust in a day-to-day interactions is what you seek.

I have been working in Bitscape since last 10 months and honestly, I have not found anything yet which was inappropriate in all means.

At Bitscape, For Developers and Engineers, growth at Bitscape is Good. For Bitscape, their customer is more important to deliver good service. I can't say accurate about culture, but it's okay (Not Professional only and not only Market-driven).

Dislikes

About my field, here is not so much opportunity to grow in Designing or I mean the Creative side, and also salary growth is also average. Thank you.

I started my career with Bitscape, and the culture is good, work environment good, team supportive and management is transparent, as an employee its interesting and learn lots of new things. Bitscape is not a company, it is like my home, everyone is helping minded, company policies are good, respect for employees, management is polite and helpful.
