(Main thing is - you will not get salary within a given time. almost alternative period you have to ask for your salary). It is tipical baniyaa company. If you are a new person and have joined this organisation, please feel free for bitter experience. NOTE- suggestion for recruiter please do not hire anybody on behalf of this company for a limited profit. End of the day, employee will abuse you. There are more than 8 employees whose salary or incentives the didnt gave till the date.

...y culture is so good. All seniors are treat every employee like a family member. Salary timing is good.

...is company are so bad because, they can't response your any Mail. I had spent 1.5 year for this company, but there is no any growth in my salary.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company is into IOT and Infotainment security, which is most importantly best fit for the competitive industry providing and cutting edge solution.

Management is orthodox and upright on its own toxicity cultured with regardless thoughts.

Zero respect of employee no hearing no supoort of management , favourism and poltics

Less question to old employees, new employee publically get insulted, no benifits or allowance , not any training or induction plan, No SOP guidlines
