I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

There is honestly nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

1. The company and the work culture is toxic, manipulative and really bad. 2.They don't care about their employees at all. 3. Because they wanted to layoff people because founder couldn't manage the investors money , she started accusing people of things they did'nt do and terminated them without any reason.

Dislikes

Nothing. Brainless company, so-called beauty company. Apply for better cosmetic firms, not this dumb one. I'm a social media king & they couldn't afford me anyway.
