The company is expanding its showrooms across kerala.. By next year 30 showrooms will be there across kerala. As an employee its a privelage to be part of this company.

...but growth is slow. Have to work around 12 hours daily sometime late night also. After completing one year haven't got salary hike and bonus.. As the company is having old employees the working style is still like. Old times.. Main thing is mostly many things which take more time as don't have the authority to certain things which comes under my department also... Approval time take so much delay as that we lose may customers.. As correct time we won't able to provide products which customers needed

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
